“The Case of Vipul Bhrigu and the Federal Definition of Research Misconduct”: The ORI recently issued its finding that Vipul Bhrigu committed research misconduct with his sabotage of a colleague’s work, but I argue that this is an unusual finding with implications for future misconduct cases.
